The 1992 and 1993 Thomas More volleyball teams were the first two teams to advance to the Final Eight of an NCAA Division III Championship Tournament.  Both teams were coached by Darrel McLean.

The 1992 posted a 30-13 record for a .697 winning percentage and the 1993 team followed that up with a 41-9 record for a .820 win percentage.  Both team won the Association of Mideast Colleges Conference (AMCC), which Thomas More was a member during the early 1990’s.
