    Mike Flesch (‘94)
Mike Flesch was arguably one of the best all-around athletes to ever play at Thomas More. He was instrumental in establishing the football team as one of the nation's elite during the program's inception in the early 1990's. During his career, Thomas More had a record of 30 wins and only 10 losses, an undefeated season in 1991, Association of Mideast Colleges (AMC) Championships from 1991-1993.
He was named a 1992 Second-Team All-American by the College Football Gazette and The Sporting News. The College Football Gazette also selected Flesch as a First-Team preseason All-American in 1993. He was also a Gagliardi Trophy Finalist in 1993, an award given to the top player in Division III Football. A three year starter at guard on the offensive line, Flesch was a three-time First-Team All-AMC selection from 1991-93. He was also named the team's Best Offensive Lineman as the Thomas More Blue Rebels, now Saints, were ranked as high as sixth nationally in rushing offense in 1991.
Off the field, Flesch excelled in the classroom, he was a four-time National Football Foundation/College Football Hall of Fame recipient, Greater Cincinnati Chapter Scholar-Athlete from 1991-94 and was the Woody Hayes Sertoma Club NCAA Division III Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year in 1994.
