Ryan Reynolds (‘94)
From 1991-94, Ryan Reynolds was one of the most dominant runners in college football as he helped establish Thomas More's football program. At the time of his induction, he was second in career rushing yards with 3,666 while holding 16 other school records. He led the Saints in rushing in both his sophomore and senior seasons. Reynolds was second all-time in both career 100-yard rushing games with 17 and season 100-yard games with eight set in 1994.
Reynolds was an all-purpose threat as a rusher, receiver and kick returner. In 1992, he became the first player in school history to return a kickoff for a touchdown. At his time of induction, he was the all-time leader in all-purpose yards with 6,038 for a career average of over 160 yards per game. His 31 career rushing touchdowns was tied for third all-time and his 250 yards rushing in a single game set the record at Franklin in 1992.
He was a three-time All-Association of Mideast Colleges (AMC) selection and a 1994 Football Gazette Second-Team All-North Region honoree. In 1992, he was a Champion USA Third-Team All-American.
