The 1991 Thomas More football team was the second team in program history and the first team in program history to post a 10-0 undefeated regular season.  The team was coached by Vic Clark and the defensive coordinator was Joe Schlager.

The team won the Association of Mideast Colleges conference championship (AMC), beginning a streak of five straight championships.  The Saints opened the season with a 37-7 win at Kentucky Wesleyan University and defeated across-the-river rival, the College of Mount St. Joseph, 19-18, in Bridge Bowl II during the eighth week of the season.
