Monsignor Donald F. Hellmann (’49)

Monsignor Hellman was one of the pioneers of the Thomas More/Villa Madonna baseball and men’s basketball programs.

He was a member of the first-ever baseball and men’s basketball programs after the college began to offer men’s athletics and played against teams that are currently NCAA Division I like Xavier University, the University of Cincinnati and Miami University.
