The 1965 Villa Madonna baseball team was coached by Jim Weyer and had a 15-5 record, including a 9-1 mark in the Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (KIAC).  Villa Madonna swept a doubleheader with Transylvania University on May 15 to clinch the KIAC Championship, which was the first-ever conference championship in the College's history.

During the 1965 season Villa Madonna played Georgetown College, Xavier University, University of Cincinnati, Union College, Marian University, University of Pikeville, Berea College, Hanover College Bellarmine University and Transylvania.
