(INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.) – On Thursday afternoon, the Great Midwest Athletic Conference announced the 2026 Women's Lacrosse All-Conference awards. Thomas More had two student-athletes named to the All-Conference First Team: senior
Meg Pierani (Lawrenceburg, IN / Mercy McAuley) and sophomore
Jadyn Carle (Cincinnati, OH / Mercy McAuley) and two athletes named to the All-Conference Second Team: junior
Alex Nunn (Loveland, OH / Loveland) and junior
Anna Wells (West Chester, OH / Lakota West).
Meg Pierani started all 17 games for the Saints while scoring 44 goals and recording 18 assists for a total of 62 points. She was 9
th in the conference for goals per game at 2.59 and 9
th in the conference for points per game. She was third in the conference for total shots for the season at 103 and 5
th in the conference with 5.94 shots per game. She tied the program-high of 11 points in a single game against Ursuline on April 18. This is her first G-MAC All-Conference honor.
Jadyn Carle started all 17 games for Thomas More assisting with the defensive efforts with 42 ground balls and 28 caused turnovers. She recorded the 5
th most caused turnovers within the conference and ranks sixth in caused turnovers per game with 1.65. This is her second year earning G-MAC All Conference honors and her first time earning First Team All-Conference.
Alex Nunn started all 17 games for the Saints leading the team and the conference with 120 draw controls (averaging 7.06 per game). She ranked 11
th in all of Division II with both of those numbers as well. Her 120 draw controls this season also broke the program record while breaking the single game record twice this season – first against Capital on February 18 with 16 before recording 18 against Northwood on April 9. She also tied Anna Wells with 50 ground balls this season and had the second-highest number of caused turnovers with 30. Offensively, she scored 28 goals and had 27 assists after taking 70 shots. Her 1.59 assists per game is 7
th in the conference. This is the second time she has been named to the All-Conference team.
Anna Wells started all 17 games for Thomas More, leading the offensive efforts for the Saints with 49 goals, 15 assists, and a total of 64 points. She had the highest number of shots (124) and shots on goal (86) by an individual within program history this season while leading the conference in both total number of shots and shots per game (7.29). She also led the conference with total number of caused turnovers (34) and caused turnovers per game (2.00). She ranks 7
th in the conference for goals per game at 2.88. She tied her teammate Alex Nunn with a team-high 50 ground balls and recorded 72 total draw controls. This is her second time earning Second Team All-Conference within the G-MAC.
