(GREENWOOD, IN) – The College Sports Communicators announced their 2025 softball Academic All-District Teams Tuesday afternoon and the Saints had four student-athletes recognized. These student-athletes are senior
Emily Allphin (New Richmond, OH / Milford), sophomores
Kylie Ropp (Bellefontaine, OH / Kenton Ridge), Adi Johnson (Ross, OH / Ross) and
Anna Greenwell (Ft. Thomas, KY / Highlands). Student-athletes from NCAA Division I, II, and III as well as the NAIA are recognized for this honor.
To be nominated, the student-athlete must be a sophomore both academically and athletically. They must have competed in 90% of the institution's games/contests/sets played or must start in at least 66% of the games/contests/sets. The student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale). Graduate students must have a minimum of a 3.50 for both their graduate program GPA and their undergraduate GPA.
Emily Allphin is a Psychology major with a 3.66 GPA. She appeared in 46 games for the Saints and made 44 starts. She hit .303 on the season with 13 doubles, 34 RBIs and 10 walks on the season.
Kylie Ropp is a Law major with a 3.64 GPA. She made 22 appearances and 21 starts in the circle for the Saints. She posted a 5.50 ERA in 111.1 innings pitched. She recorded an 8-11 record on the season and 56 strike outs.
Adi Johnson is a Nursing major with a 3.67 GPA. She 45 appearances and 44 starts on the season for the Saints. She posted a batting average of .311 to go with 8 RBIs, 18 walks, 19 stolen bases and 42 hits on the season.
Anna Greenwell is an Organizational Management and Ethical Leadership major with a GPA of 3.54. She started all 46 games for the Saints and posted a batting averaged of .164. She recorded 4 doubles, 20 walks and 2 stolen bases on the season.
