(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Senior infielder
AJ Enginger (Hamilton, OH / Badin) of the baseball program at Thomas More earned the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Baseball South Division Player of the Week. This is the fourth time this season that a member of the baseball team has earned the weekly honor.
Enginger picks up the award following week that saw him go 6 for 15 at the plate. He recorded seven RBIs, six runs scored, four walks and two home runs in the four game series against Ohio Dominican. In the field he did not record an error in the four starts at second base.
Enginger and the Saints are back in action on Tuesday (April, 22nd) when they host Miami-Hamilton for a midweek game at Thomas More University Stadium. First pitch is set for 4:00 PM.
