(GREENWOOD, IN) – The College Sports Communicators announced their 2024-2025 women's basketball Academic All-District Teams Tuesday afternoon and the Saints had four student-athletes recognized. These student-athletes are senior
Callie Hunt (Trenton, OH / Edgewood), juniors
Sereniti Webb (Covington, KY / Simon Kenton) and
Natalie Noel (Salem, IN / Salem) and sophomore
Laney Baker (West Harrison, OH / East Central). Student-athletes from NCAA Division I, II, and III as well as the NAIA are recognized for this honor.
To be nominated, the student-athlete must be a sophomore both academically and athletically. They must have competed in 90% of the institution's games/contests/sets played or must start in at least 66% of the games/contests/sets. The student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale). Graduate students must have a minimum of a 3.50 for both their graduate program GPA and their undergraduate GPA.
Callie Hunt is an Elementary Education major with a 3.96 GPA. She appeared in all 39 games for the Saints. Over the course of the season she averaged 2.2 points, 1.3 rebounds, and 10.2 minutes per game.
Sereniti Webb is a Pyschology major with a 3.94 GPA. She appeared in all 29 games and started in 28 for the Saints. She averaged a team high 12.2 points per game along with 5.9 rebounds, and 24.3 minutes per game.
Natalie Noel is a Biology major with a 3.72 GPA. She appeared in 28 games for the Saints. She averaged 1.6 points, 1.2 rebounds, and 9.8 minutes per game.
Laney Baker is a Business major with a 3.77 GPA. She appeared in 27 games and made 4 starts for the Saints. She averaged 6.0 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 17.7 minutes per game on the season.
