Box Score Williamsburg, Ky. - The women's lacrosse program at Thomas More fell to the #2 ranked Patriots of the University of the Cumberlands on Monday, April 11 by a score of 25-4. With the loss the Saints drop to 4-11 on the year and 0-5 in Mid-South Conference play.
- Sophomore Kendra Yurt (Louisville, Ky./Mercy) led the charge offensively with a pair of goals.
- Sophomore Madi Carle (Cincinnati, Ohio/Mercy McAuley) had a team high five ground balls.
- Senior Katie Rice (Fort Mitchell, Ky./Notre Dame Academy) added a goal in the effort.
- Junior Faith Smiddy (West Chester, Ohio / Lakota West) also added a goal of her own in the effort.
- Senior keeper Kennedy Yurt (Louisville, Ky./Mercy) contributed 13 saves.
Women's Lacrosse will travel to Indianapolis, Indiana to take on Marian in the regular season finale on Wednesday, April 13 at 5 p.m. ET.
