Box Score Crestview Hills, Ky. - The women's lacrosse program at Thomas More fell to the Knights of Marian University by a score of 16-8 on Sunday, March 20. With the loss the Saints fall to 3-6 overall and 0-1 in MSC play.
- Sophmore Madi Carle (Cincinnati, Ohio/Mercy McAuley) led the way in goals for Thomas More as she scored five and added four ground balls.
- First-year Gracey Robinson (Lebanon, Ohio/Lebanon) added three points for the Saints as the midfielder would score a goal and dish out two assists.
- Sophomore Kendra Yurt (Louisville, Ky./Mercy) recorded a goal for the Saints and also added an assist.
- Senior Katie Rice (Fort Mitchell, Ky./Notre Dame Academy) scored the other goal for Thomas More and attempted eight shots.
- Senior keeper Kennedy Yurt (Louisville, Ky./Mercy) recorded 14 saves in the effort.
Women's lacrosse return to the pitch on Wednesday, March 23 when they play host to nationally ranked University of the Cumberlands at 5 p.m. ET on Republic Bank Field.
