Box Score (LEXINGTON, Ky.) – The Thomas More College women's lacrosse team fell to Transylvania University, 17-4, in an Ohio River Lacrosse Conference (ORLC) match in Lexington, Kentucky.
With the loss, the Saints fall to 1-7 overall and 0-3 in the ORLC. The Pioneers improve to 11-2 overall and 4-0 in the ORLC with the win.
Thomas More was led offensively by junior Josie Perrino (Tracey, Calif./St. Mary's), who had two goals. Junior Tori Liles (Tollesboro, Ky./Lewis County) added one goal and junior Erika LaRosa (Cincinnati, Ohio/Seton) added a goal.
Sophomore Mollie Mosley (St. Bernard, Ohio/McAuley) suffered the loss in goal as she played all 60 minutes between the pipes and had 13 saves.
The Saints return to action on April 13 when they host Hanover College at 5 p.m. at BB&T Field in Crestview Hills, Kentucky.
