Men's Lacrosse Picked Tied for 7th in G-MAC Preseason Coaches' Poll

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN.) – The Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) announced their 2026 Men's Lacrosse Coaches' Preseason Poll this week, and Thomas More was picked to finish tied for 7th with 47 points.


This will be the Saints third season in the G-MAC and NCAA Division II after going 2-12 overall and 1-8 in the G-MAC a year ago.

It will be head coach Sean McGinnis' fourth season at the helm of the program. McGinnis looks to continue to build the young Saints program they enter year number four. 

Seton Hill leads the group with 10 first place votes (111 points), Walsh in second with one first place vote (101 points), Davenport in third (87 points), Northwood in fourth (83 points), Lake Erie fifth (82 points), and Wheeling in sixth (69 points). There are three schools tied for seventh with 47 points; Tiffin, Malone, and Thomas More. Point Park comes in at 10th (28 points) and Davis and Elkins rounds out the group in 11th (23 points).
