(LEXINGTON, KY.) – The Saints opened their outdoor season at Pat Deacon Stadium yesterday on the campus of Transylvania University.

- Senior Nick Lanter (Cincinnati, OH./La Salle) ran the 1500 meter run in 4:11, earning second place. Teammate first-year Noah Miller (Union, KY./Cooper) followed close behind with a time of 4:18.
- Sophomore Carter Engle (Independence, KY./Holy Cross) ran the 5000 meter run in 16:29, rounding out a top-10 finish for the men's distance team and earning a new outdoor personal best.
- The 4x400 meter relay teams earned second and third place at the meet, finishing in 3:34 and 3:37, respectively.
- Senior Gregory Woodard earned third place in the 100 meter race, crossing the line with a time of 11.33 seconds and second place in the 200 meter race with a 22.59 finish.
- Sophomore Carson Oldham (Flemingsburg, KY./Fleming County) placed 3rd in the shot put while earning new personal bests in both the hammer throw (4th, 41.91 m) and discus (2nd, 41.37 m).

The Saints will return to the track on Saturday, March 29th at Berea College for their second outdoor meet of the 2025 season.
