#1 Men's Basketball Remain Undefeated with 72-63 Win Over RV UT Southern

(CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky.)-#1 Thomas More University men's basketball team defeated RV UT Southern on Thursday evening, 72-63. The Saints overall record improves to 7-0 and 4-0 in conference.

• Redshirt junior Reid Jolly (Alexandria, Ky./Campbell County) started the Saints off with a jump shot to put the team on the board 2-0 with 19:36 on the clock.
• With 14:31 left to play in the first half, redshirt junior Noah Pack (Georgetown, Ky./Georgetown) drove to the rim for a layup to put the Saints up 9-7.
• Redshirt sophomore Matt Smith (Charlotte, North Carolina/Independence) made a layup with 6:31 left to play in the first (22-14).
• Reid Jolly knocked in a jump shot to close out the scoring for the Saints in the first half and head into the locker room with a 29-27 lead.
• Reid Jolly led the Saints with 16 points and had two rebounds in the first half.
• Noah Pack led the team with six rebounds and one assist.
• Sophomore Jacob Jones (Jeffersonville, Ind./Jeffersonville) recorded seven points and one rebound.
• The Saints were 42.9% (12-28) from the field, 22.2% (2-9) from the 3-point line, and 100% (3-3) from the free throw line in the first half.

• Reid Jolly kicked off the second half off for the Saints with a jump shot to put the Saints up 31-27 with 19:45 to play.
• Jacob Jones drained in a 3-point basket to extend the Saints lead to 47-40 with 12:08 on the clock.
• With 3:24 to play in the game, sophomore Casey George (Pickerington, Ohio/Pickerington) made a jumper to make it a 60-55 game.
• Jacob Jones made the final basket of the game with a dunk to secure the Saints 72-63 win over the Fire Hawks.
• Jacob Jones led the Saints the second half with 14 points and had six rebounds.
• Reid Jolly followed with eight points and led the Saints with eight rebounds and two assists in the second half.
• Casey George tallied also two assists to lead the team and had four points and four rebounds.
• Noah Pack had seven points and two rebounds.
• The Saints were 45.2% (14-31) from the field, 27.3% (3-11) from the 3-point line, and 75% (12-16) from the free throw line in the second half.

• Reid Jolly led the way for the Saints with 24 points, 10 rebounds, and two assists.
• Jacob Jones followed with 21 points and seven rebounds.
• Noah Pack had nine points, eight rebounds, and one assist.
• Casey George also tallied two assists to lead the team and had four points and five rebounds.
• The Saints were 44.1% (26-59) from the field, 25% (5-20) from the 3-point line, and 78.9% (15-19) from the free throw line.

The Saints return to the court to face #24 Cumberland (Tenn.) on Saturday (December 3) in the Connor Convocation Center at 3:00 pm ET.
