Redshirt Junior Highlights (2023-24): Appeared in all 31 games and started in 27 for the Saints. Jones averaged 28 minutes, 10.5 points, 3.3 assists and 2.9 rebounds per game. His season high came in the December 2nd game against Cedarville when he scored 25 points. Jones led the team in assists with 102 on the season. 

Redshirt Sophomore Highlights (2022-2023): Appeared in 32 games and started in 31 for the Saints. Averaged 32.3 minutes, 12.9 points, 2.8 assists, and 3.6 rebounds per game. Jones shot 54.9% from the field and 38.1% from beyond the three point line. He recorded a season high 28 points in the February 18th, game against Pikeville. He earned Second Team All-Mid South Conference honors.

First-Year Highlights (2021-22): Played in 26 games, starting in 10 and averaging 23.1 minutes per game. Recorded averages of 8.8 points per game, 3.0 rebounds per game and a team high 3.2 assists per game. Recorded season highs of 23 points and nine assists in the February 27th game against Cumberland.

High School Highlights: Jacob earned four letters at Jefferson High School under coach Joe Luce...two time All-State...three time All-Conference.

Personal: Jacob Jones is the son of Jamey and Frankie Jones...one sibling, Andrew (27)...transfer from University of Wisconsin Green Bay.
