Women's Tennis Close Out Ashland

Box Score (ASHLAND, Ohio)-Thomas More University's women's tennis team defeated Ashland on Saturday afternoon (March 29), 4-0. The Saints overall record improves to 7-5 and 2-2 in conference.

• Junior Alexis Covington (Cincinnati, OH./ Walnut Hills) and senior Dakota Schroeder (Tipp City, OH/ Tippecanoe) won 6-2 over Constanza Arancibia and Ana Penteado.
• Freshman Cassia Adamowsky (Berlin, Germany/ Werner Von Siemens) and freshman Hallie Lathram (Nicholasville, KY/ Lexington Catholic) fell 5-7 to Luciana Ottoni and Roberta Duran.
• Senior Noelia Martinez Garcia ( Santander, Spain/ IES Las Llamas Santander) and freshman Nicki Bauer (Tipp City, OH) defeated Anna Corbel and Evalienna 6-4.

• Alexis Covington won 7-6 and 6-4 over Ana Penteado.
• Dakota Schroeder defeated Constanza 5-7, 6-3, an 6-3.
• Cassia Adamowsky won 7-6 and 6-4.

The Saints return on April 5 against Kentucky Wesleyan in Owensboro,. Ky.
