Women's Tennis Falls to Northwood on the Road

(MIDLAND, Mich.)-Thomas More University's women's tennis team fell to Northwood on Sunday morning (April 12), 7-0. The Saints overall record falls to 8-9 and 2-5 in conference.

• Senior Alexis Covington (Cincinnati, Ohio/Walnut Hills) and first year Bella Flores (Chillicothe, Ohio/Chillicothe) fell 6-1 to Savannah Matuszewski and Danijela Danilovic.
• First year Ella Cason (Owensboro, Ky./Owensboro Catholic) and sophomore Hallie Lathram (Nicholasville, Ky./Lexington) were defeated by Yuliia Khmara and Valeria Amorocho Hernandez Amorocho 6-0.
• Sophomore Lindsey Greb (Butler, Pa./ Knoch) and first year Sadie Jones (Fort Mitchell, Ky./Beechwood) came up short to Giada Ciampa and Brigitte Gomez 6-1.

• Ella Cason was defeated 6-0 and 6-0 to Danijela Danilovic.
• Bella Flores lost to Giada Ciampa 6-3 and 6-1.
• Hallie Lathram came up short to Valeria Amorocho Hernandez Amorocho 6-2 and 6-2.
• Sadie Jones fell 6-3 and 6-1 to Yuliia Khmara.
• Sophomore Nicole Bauer (Tipp City, Ohio/Tippecanoe) was defeated by Brigitte Gomez 6-2 and 6-0.

The Saints return Wednesday (April 15) at Cedarville beginning at 1:00 pm ET.
