Women's Tennis Comes up Short to Hillsdale

Box Score (HILLSDALE, Mich.)-Thomas More University's women's tennis team fell to Hillsdale on Saturday morning (April 11), 6-1. The Saints overall record falls to 8-8 and 2-4 in conference.

• Senior Alexis Covington (Cincinnati, Ohio/Walnut Hills) and first year Bella Flores (Chillicothe, Ohio/Chillicothe) fell 6-1 to Ane Dannhauser and Briana Rees.
• First year Ella Cason (Owensboro, Ky./Owensboro Catholic) and sophomore Hallie Lathram (Nicholasville, Ky./Lexington) won 6-1 over Isabella Spinazze and Julia Zlateva.
• Sophomore Lindsey Greb (Butler, Pa./ Knoch) and first year Sadie Jones (Fort Mitchell, Ky./Beechwood) lost to Dimitra Papastavrou and Esther Sura.

• Alexis Covington fell 6-3 and 6-1 to Ane Dannhauser.
• Ella Cason was defeated by Briana Rees 6-3 and 6-1.
• Bella Flores defeated Megan Hackman in a retired match of 6-4.
• Hallie Lathram came up short to Julia Zlateva 6-1 and 6-3.
• Sadie Jones fell to Dimitra Papastavrou 6-2 and 6-2.
• Sophomore Nicole Bauer (Tipp City, Ohio/Tippecanoe) was defeated 6-0 and 6-0 by Esther Sura.

The Saints return tomorrow (April 12) at Northwood beginning at 11:00 A.M. ET.
