Women's Tennis Pick up First Conference Win of the Season

Box Score (CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky.)-Thomas More University's women's tennis team defeated Cedarville on Friday evening (March 28), 5-0. The Saints overall record improves to 6-5 and 1-2 in conference.

• Junior Alexis Covington (Cincinnati, OH./ Walnut Hills) and senior Dakota Schroeder (Tipp City, OH/ Tippecanoe) won 6-2 over Delia Guzic and Susannah Prince.
• Freshman Cassia Adamowsky (Berlin, Germany/ Werner Von Siemens) and freshman Hallie Lathram (Nicholasville, KY/ Lexington Catholic)  fell 6-2 to Diana Icanuchina and Molly Filpus.
•  Senior Noelia Martinez Garcia ( Santander, Spain/ IES Las Llamas Santander) and freshman Nicki Bauer (Tipp City, OH) defeated Faith Monson and Grace Mahek 6-4.

• Alexis Covington won 6-3 and 6-3 over Diana Ivanikhina.
• Dakota Schroeder defeated Delia Guzic 6-2 and 6-0.
• Cassia Adamowsky won over Susannah Prince 6-2 and 6-3,
• Noelia Garcia Martinez defeated Faith Monson 6-3 and 6-0.

The Saints return tomorrow against Ashland in Ashland, Ohio at 1:00 pm ET.
