Jack Perdue (Louisville, KY / Christian Academy) of the baseball program at Thomas More earned the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Baseball South Division Pitcher of the Week. This is the second time that Perdue has earned this honor in his career.
Perdue picks up the award following a weekend that saw him throw a complete (7 inning) game against West Virginia Wesleyan. He picked up the victory while striking out six and only surrendering three hits.
Perdue and the Saints are back in action on Saturday (February, 22nd) when they host Lake Erie for the start of a three game series in Florence, KY at Thomas More Stadium. First pitch is set for 12:00 PM.
