(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Thomas More University women's basketball senior
Sereniti Webb (Covington, KY / Simon Kenton) earned the Great Midwest Athletic Conference women's basketball Athlete of the Week honors.
Webb received this recognition following a week that saw the Saints go 2-0 over Saginaw Valley State and Purdue Northwest. Webb recorded two 20+ point performances with an average of 24.5 points per game. She recorded 25 points and eight rebounds in their victory over SVSU and went 76.9% from the field and 83.3% from the free throw line. In the Saints win over Purdue Northwest, she tallied 24 points, 8 rebounds and two assists.
Thomas More is back in action on December 31st, when they host Trevecca Nazarene at the CCC at 3:00 PM.
