(Crestview Hills, KY) – The Thomas More University football team hosted the Lake Erie College Storm on Saturday (October 4th), falling by a final score of 21 to 15. The Saints' record moves to 0–5 overall and 0–3 in conference play.

- Sophomore Avery Bodner (Danville, KY / Boyle County) got the Saints on the scoreboard first with a blocked punt that turned into a safety. (2-0)
- Senior kicker Luke Iden (Florence, KY/Boone County) converted a 26-yard field goal, putting the Saints ahead 5-0

- Lake Erie answered back with a 21-yard touchdown pass. PAT was good to give the Storm a 7–5 lead.

- The Storm came out of halftime scoring another touchdown, increasing their lead after a PAT to 14-5
- Thomas More responds with a pass from redshirt sophomore Griffin Scalf (Cincinnati, OH/ Anderson) to sophomore Duncan Bradley (Springfield, OH/ Springfield) for a 62-yard touchdown, with 14-12 after PAT.

- The Saints take the lead back with a good field goal attempt by Luke Iden, the score at 15-14
- Lake Erie finds the end zone on a scoop and score off a TMU fumble. The PAT made it a 21 to 15 lead for the Storm.

- Griffin Scalf passed 19 for 42 for 267 yards with a touchdown pass in the contest.
- Redshirt sophomore Elijah Manning (Louisville, KY/ Male) led the team in defense with ten total tackles in the game.
- Avery Bodner recorded a blocked punt and an interception in the game.

The Saints will return Saturday (October 11th) to face off against the Ashland University Eagles in Ashland, OH. Kickoff starts a 1 P.M.
