Senior Highlights (2025): Appeared in all 11 games for the Saints. On the season, he went 11 for 16 on field goals and 10 for 10 on PATs. His 51 yard field goal against Hillsdale on 11/1 set a new school record for longest made field goal. He finished his career 13th in Thomas More history for career points with 185, and first in career field goal attempts with 48, and first in career made field goals with 36.
Junior Highlights (2024): Appeared in 10 games for the Saints. On the season, he went 12 for 17 on field goals and 26 for 30 on PATs. He led the team in scoring with 62 points on the season. Iden set the single game kicking points record in the 9/14 victory over Kentucky Christian with 14 total points which included 3 made field goals. He set the program record for field goals in a season with 12, and consecutive games with a field goal that dated back to last season with 10. He earned Elite 26 honors in the G-MAC for his academic excellence.
Sophomore Highlights (2023): Appeared in eleven games for the Saints. Connected on 10 of 11 field goals as well as 25 extra points. Also kicked off 7 times for 344 yards. Iden also earned CSC Academic All-District Honors.
First Year Highlights (2022): Appeared in eight games for the Saints…Fifth in the Mid-South Conference with a 43-yard made field goal…Connected on three of four field goals…Made 16 of 17 extra points…Kicked off 18 times for 926 yards.
High School Highlights:Â Iden attended Scott High School, where he played for head coach Eric Turner. He was a four sport athlete as he lettered in football, soccer, basketball, and tennis. Earned multiple athletic honors and awards: Mr. Eagle (Sr.), Top 26 NKY Football (Sr.), Team Captain (Football, Sr.), Special Teams Player of the Year (Sr.), All-Star Football Game Invite (Sr.), MVP Scott HS Soccer (Sr.), 37th District All-Tournament Team (Sr.), Team Captain (Soccer, Sr.), 1st Team NKY Football (Jr.), Honorable Mention All-State Punter (Jr.), Special Teams Player of the Year (Jr.), Special Teams Player of the Year (So.).
Personal: Benjamin (Luke) Iden is the son of Ben and Shari. He has one sibling, Sarah.
