(LEBANON, IL)-Thomas More University men's basketball team fell to the McKendree Bearcats on Wednesday (December, 13th) by a score of 80 to 71. The Saints fall to an overall record of 6-4 on the season. Graduate student
Reid Jolly (Alexandria, Ky./Campbell County) surpassed the 2000 career point milestone during the game. He becomes the third Saint to reach this mark in program history.
- Junior Casey George (Pickerington, OH / Pickerington North) got the Saints on the scoreboard by draining a three pointer off an assist from junior Jacob Jones (Jeffersonville, Ind./Jeffersonville), (3-5).
- Reid Jolly got his first points of the afternoon on a three pointer off an assist from junior Kyle Ross (St. John, Ind./Lake Central) (8-11).
- Kyle Ross makes a layup and later a jumper to keep the Saints within three with 13 minutes to go in the half (12-15).
- Casey George finds first year Carson Browne (Cincinnati, OH / Elder) for a layup with 8 minutes to go (18-21).
- Reid Jolly knocks down his second triple of the game off another Casey George assist to make it a five point game (23-28).
- Kyle Ross finds junior Wyatt Vieth (Hebron, KY / St. Henry) who makes a layup and gets fouled. After the made free throw the Saints trailed by 2 (28-30).
- Wyatt Vieth makes a three pointer in the closing minute of the half off an assist from Casey George.

- Jacob Jones finds redshirt sophomore Cody Teten (Florence, KY / St. Henry) for a three point to get the Saints within three (53-56).
