Women's Tennis Comes up Short to Bethel

(MCKENZIE, Tenn.)-Thomas More University women's tennis team were defeated by Bethel on Saturday (March 19) by the score of 3-4. The Saints overall record falls to 6-7 and 1-3 in conference.

• Noelia Martinez Garcia (Santander, Spain / IES Las Llamas) and first year Dakota Schroeder (Tipp City, Ohio / Tippecaneo) fell 4-6.
• First year Mia Ziebro (Cincinnati, Ohio/Homeschooled) and sophomore Cassie Saner (Independence, Ky. / Simon Kenton) won 6-3.
• Junior Kimberly Sabga (Maraval, Trinidad and Tobago / International School of Port of Spain) and sophomore Aman Dail (North Hollywood, Calif./Walton Verona) won with the score of 7-6.

• Dakota Schroeder fell with the scores 1-6 and 1-6.
• Kimberly Sabga fell 2-6 and 0-6.
• Noelia Martinez Garcia won 6-1 and 6-2.
• Cassie Saner fell 2-6 and 2-6.
• Mia Ziebro was defeated with the scores 6-2, 4-6, and 3-6.
• Aman Dail won 6-1 and 6-3.

The Saints return to the court on March 26 against Georgetown at 4:30 pm ET at Five Seasons.
