#4 Saints take their first loss of the season to #17 Lindsey Wilson, 73-63

(Columbia, Ky.) - #4 Thomas More women's basketball team takes their first loss of the season to #17 Lindsey Wilson, 73-63.

• Junior Taylor Clos (Alexandria, Ky./Campbell County) led the Saints with six points and had one rebound.
• Sophomore Courtney Hurst (Burlington, Ky./Conner)and Sophomore Zoie Barth (Fort Thomas, Ky./Highlands) led the team with two rebounds each.
• Thomas More was 60% (9/15) from the field in the first half.
• The Saints trailed 27-18 at the half.

• Barth led the team with 14 points in the second half.
• Hurst followed with 13 points and Clos with six points.
• The Saints came back with 7:03 left in the game to tie things up, 47-47 but the fell short with a 73-63 loss.
• Thomas More was 26% (12/46) from the field in the second half and 46% (7/15) from the 3-point line.

• Barth led the Saints with 16 points and had four rebounds.
• Hurst followed with 15 points and led the team with five rebounds.
• Clos scored 12 points and had three rebounds.
