Senior Highlights: (2022-2023) Hurst appeared and started in all 35 games for the Saints. She averaged 27.5 minutes, 11.2 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game. Hurst led the team with 94 made three pointers that marked the second most in a single season in school history.  She set the career record for made three pointers in a Thomas More uniform with 331. Hurst also finished her career ranked 10th on the all the time scoring list at Thomas More with 1,442 career points. She earned NAIA All-American Honorable Mention, WBCA NAIA Coaches' All-America Honorable Mention, First Team All-Conference, and Academic All-Conference honors.

Junior Highlights: (2021-2022) Hurst started 36 of the 37 games for the Saints. She averaged 24.4 minutes, 8.7 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game. She scored a season high of 20 points in the January 27th victory over Tennessee Southern, shooting 7 for 14 from the floor and 6 for 10 from beyond the three point line. Hurst earned Mid South Conference All-Academic, and All-Conference Second Team honors.

Sophomore Highlights: (2020-2021) Hurst started 30 games for the Saints. She averaged 30.6 minutes, 11 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game. She scored a season high 24 points in the November 21st victory over Life. She also had a total of eight threes in that game, which is the 4th most in a single game in program history. Her 80 three-point shots made over the season is the 6th most in program history. She earned Mid South Conference First-Team honors.

First-Year Highlights: (2019-20) Started all 32 games for the Saints, averaging 30.8 minutes per game...Averaged 12.8 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game with 45 steals and seven blocks...Scored a season-high 29 points and tied the Thomas More single-game program record with nine made three-pointers in a 72-69 win over No. 24 Montana Western on December 19...Scored 24 points in a 73-62 win over Cumberland on January 16...Finished the season with 91 made three-pointers, which ranked third in Saints history and seventh in NAIA Division I...Named Second Team All Mid-South Conference.

High School Highlights: Courtney earned five letters at Conner, where she was coached by Aaron Stamm...She was a three-time 1st Team NKY All-Star...In her sophomore season, she was 33rd District Tournament MVP...As a junior, she was 1st Team All-9th Region and made the 9th Region All-Tournament Team...As a senior she was named to the KY/OH All-Star Game, the KY East/West All-Star Game, and was 2nd Team All-State....She set school records for career three-pointers made (370) and three-pointers made in a season (112) and finished her career third all-time in scoring with 1,944 points.
