(CHICKASHA, Okla.) – Thomas More University first-year guard Courtney Hurst (Burlington, Ky./Conner) scored 14 points in the fourth quarter tonight (Friday, December 6, 2019) to lead 20th-ranked Saints to a 68-63, win over the University of Sciences & Arts of Oklahoma at the USAO Fieldhouse in Chickasha, Oklahoma
- The two teams played to a 17-17 tie after one quarter.
- With the game tied 26-26 with 5:23 to play in the second quarter, the Saints went on a 14-0 run to build a 40-26 lead when junior guard Briana McNutt (Maysville, Ky./Mason County) made a three-pointer with 2:42 to play in the quarter.
- The Drover's cut the lead to 42-29 at halftime.
- Thomas Moe shot 57.6 percent (15-of-26) from the field, including 63.6 percent (seven-of-11) from behind the three-point arc in the first half.
- The Saints had a 19-6 advantage on the boards.
- Senior guard Kaela Saner (Florence, Ky./Boone County) led all scorers in the opening half with 12 points and four rebounds.
