Saints take 8th place at OBC Event 4

(COLUMBUS, Ohio) – The Thomas More University's men's bowling team finished 8th of 17 teams at the OBC Event 4 on Saturday with a total score of 6281.
 

• The team comprised of freshman Aiden Lewis (Hopkinsville, KY / Christian County / Hopkinsville CC), junior C.J. Herbers (Cincinnati, OH / Elder), junior Jared Pogue (Hopkinsville, KY / Hopkinsville / Southern Nazarene), senior Landen Hodge (Sulphur Rock, AR / Batesville / Southern Nazarene / Kansas Wesleyan), junior Nathan Shannon (Southern Nazarene), and freshman Quinton Keith (Fort Mitchell, KY / Beechwood) competed in a total of 32 baker games.
• In the first eight games, the Saints totaled 235, 205, 180, 212, 184, 191, 164, and 192. They followed that with  235, 170, 199, 169, 171, 200, 201, and 247 in games 9-16 to put their total at 3155 halfway through the competition and placing them in 7th  at that point.
• For baker games 17-24, Thomas More bowled a 206, 202, 192, 164, 199, 202, 169, and 142. The team finished the tournament with scores of 236, 232, 188, 188, 205, 204, 255, and 142.

 
The Saints will be back in action this coming weekend (Feb14-15) as they had to Indianapolis for the Hoosier Classic.
