Men's Bowling Opens up 2026 at the Kegel ISBPA Collegiate Classic

(ADDISON, IL)-Thomas More University's men's bowling team placed 45th out of 68 teams at the Kegel ISBPA Collegiate Classic over the weekend (Jan 17-18).

• Junior C.J. Herbers (Cincinnati, OH / Elder) placed 120th and averaged a 195.6 in five games and knocked down 978 pins.
• Sophomore Jake Fitzgerald (Southern Nazarene) came in 123rd and averaged a 195.2 in five games and knocked down 976 pins.
• Junior Nathan Shannon (Southern Nazarene) placed 176th bowling an average of 178 in five games and knocking down 891 pins.
• Senior Landen Hodge (Sulphur Rock, AR / Batesville / Southern Nazarene / Kansas Wesleyan) came in 272nd with an average of 172 in four games and knocked down 688 pins.
• Senior Drake Scallon (Cincinnati, OH/Turpin) came in 400th and averaged a 169.5 in two games and knocked down 339 pins.
• Sophomore Alexei Hunt (Louisville, KY/DuPont Manual) finished 387th and averaged a 180.5 in two games and knocked down 361 pins.
• First year Aiden Lewis (Hopkinsville, KY/Christian County) placed 439th and threw a 178 in one game.
• Sophomore Jared Pogue (Hopkinsville, KY / Hopkinsville) placed 459th and threw a 147 in one game.

Men's Bowling returns Thursday (Jan 22) at OBC 3 in Columbus, Ohio.
