(BEREA, KY.) – The Thomas More University Women's Track and Field team traveled down I-75 to compete at the Landon Bond Classic on Saturday, March 29th. The Saints found success in both running and field events.

- Junior Dyllan Hasler (Independence, KY./Scott) won the 800 meter race, crossing the line in 2:20.
- Junior Joelle Klavon (Carmel, IN./Guerin Catholic) earned 6th place in the 800 meter race with a 2:30 finish.
- Junior Savannah Faught (Georgetown, OH./Georgetown) earned 2nd place in both the 1500 race (5:07) and the 5000 meter race (19:07).
- Junior Marlee Ross (Brookville, OH./Brookville) earned 7th in the 1500 meter run with a 5:23 finish.
- Sophomore McKenzie Bien (Harrison, OH./William Henry Harrison) earned a new personal record in the Hammer Throw event with a third place finish.
- Junior Maggie McSorley (Versailles, KY./Woodford County) earned a new personal record in the 3000 meter Steeplechase Race and 4th place with a time of 14:58.
- Junior Jess Sanders (Finneytown, OH./Finneytown) placed 2nd in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 1:14.
- The mixed 4x400 meter relay team of Klavon, Benjamin, Witherington, and Hasler won the event as well.

(UP NEXT) – The Saints will reverse direction and travel north to Wilmington, OH next weekend to face familiar competition in the Jenna Strong Invitational on Saturday, April 5th.
