(LEXINGTON, KY.) – The Saints opened their outdoor season at Pat Deacon Stadium yesterday on the campus of Transylvania University.
- Sophomore McKenzie Bien (Harrison, OH./William Henry Harrison) earned a 1st place finish for the Saints in the Hammer Throw event, clearing the 38.00 meter mark.
- Graduate student Victoria Todd (Independence, KY./Kings Mills HS/Indiana Tech) earned third place in the Hammer Throw event, clearing 35.89 meters.
- The 4x400 meter relay team of Hasler, Klavon, Gindling, and Ross took second place at the Pioneer Invite with a time of 4:16. Klavon earned a new season best split of 1:01.
- Junior Dyllan Hasler (Independence, KY./Scott) earned a new personal best in the 1500 meter race, running 4:56 and earning first place for the Saints.
- Sophomore Emily Brown (Villa Hills, KY./Dixie Heights) earned a new personal best in the 5000 meter run with a time of 23:06.
- Junior Savannah Faught (Georgetown, OH./Georgetown) won the 5000 meter run with a time of 18:34.
The Saints will return to the track on Saturday, March 29th at Berea College for their second outdoor meet of the 2025 season.
