(Pepper Pike, OH) - The Thomas More University Women's Basketball team traveled to take on the Ursuline Arrows on Thursday (February, 13th) night. The Saints defeated the Arrows by a final score of 52 to 42. Thomas More moves to an overall record of 9-15 on the season and 6-10 in G-MAC play.
- Junior Alaina Keeney (Wheelersburg, OH / Wheelersburg) got the Saints on the scoreboard with a jumper at 7:05 to go in the first.
- Junior transfer Sereniti Webb (Covington, KY / Simon Kenton) followed with a bucket off an assist from junior Rylee Turner (Newport, KY / Newport Central Catholic) to make it a one point game.
- With 4:02 to go in the first, Rylee Turner scores her first points of the night in transition to give the Saints a one point lead.
- Sereniti Webb scores her second bucket of the quarter to send us to the second with the score at 8 to 7 Saints.
- Sophomore Morgan Hunt (Hollansburg, OH / Tri-Village) scored the first bucket for the Saints of the quarter to retake the lead 13 to 12.
- Morgan Hunt hit a three pointer with 1:20 to go in the half to tie the game at 18.
- Sereniti Webb converts on an "and-one" to give the Saints a 21 to 20 lead at half time.
- Thomas More shot 7-25 (28%) from the field, 1-7 (14.3%) from three, and 6-11 (54.5%) from the free throw line for the half.

- Senior Callie Hunt (Trenton, OH / Edgewood) knocks down a triple off an assist from Morgan Hunt to make it a 36 to 30 game with 3:23 to go in the third.
- Sereniti Webb scores as time expires in the third quarter and the Saints trail 39 to 32.
- Sereniti Webb opens the scoring in the final quarter with a layup to cut it to a 5 point game.
- Thomas More goes on a 7 point run, capped off by Sereniti Webb making a layup to retake the lead 41 to 40 and forcing the Ursuline timeout.
- First year Anna Drakeford (Harrodsburg, KY / Mercer County) makes a fast break layup with 5:20 to go, giving the Saints a 44Â to 42Â lead.
- Rylee Turner and Anna Drakeford score back to back buckets as Thomas More extends their lead to 6.
