Women's Basketball Falls to #11 Ashland on the Road

(ASHLAND, Ohio)-Thomas More University's women's basketball team feel to #11 Ashland on Saturday afternoon, 78-47. The Saints overall record fell to 8-13 and 5-8 in conference.

First Half
  • Junior Sereniti Webb (Covington, Ky./Simon Kenton) made a layup to get things started with 6:35 on the clock (2-7).
  • Junior Rylee Turner (Newport, Ky./Newport Central Catholic) drove in a layup for the Saints final basket of the quarter with five seconds remaining (9-19).
  • Junior Alaina Keeney (Wheelersburg, Ohio/Wheelersburg) drained a 3-point basket to kick off the second quarter with 8:50 to play in the half (12-19).
  • Sereniti Webb made a layup and one for the Saints final basket of the half with 24 seconds left (23-44).
