Saints Round Out the Non-Conference Slate with Victory Over Trevecca

Box Score (CRESTVIEW HILLS, KY)- Thomas More University's women's basketball team ended 2025 with 55 to 41 victory over Trevecca Nazarene on Wednesday (December, 31st). The Saints overall record improves to 10-1 on the season.

• Junior Morgan Hunt (Hollansburg, OH / Tri-Village) got the Saints started with a bucket to open the game.
• Redshirt sophomore Rylee Leonard (Sardinia, OH / Eastern Brown) converted an and-one to give Thomas More a five point lead with 8:35 left in the opening quarter.
• Senior Sereniti Webb (Covington, Ky./Simon Kenton) makes an and-one layup to push the lead to 8 early in the game.
• Junior Desiree Tandy (Danville, KY / Danville) and junior Izzy Rotert (Cincinnati, OH / Mercy McAuley) score buckets down the stretch of the quarter, as Thomas More leads 12 to 11 after the first.
• Sereniti Webb opened the second quarter with a bucket to make it a 14 to 11 Saint lead.
• With 9:03 left in the half, Izzy Rotert drains a triple to put the Saints up 6.
• Sereniti Webb scores back to back buckets as Thomas More takes a 21 to 13 lead with 7:03 left in the half.
• Thomas More takes a halftime lead of 24 to 17.
• Thomas More shot 9-29 (31%) from the field, 1-8 (12.5%) from three, and 5-8 (62.5%) from the free throw line for the half.

• Thomas More makes some free throws down the stretch and goes on to win by a final score of 55 to 42.
