(Buffalo, NY) - The Thomas More men's volleyball team fell to D'Youville University on Monday (March 4). D'Youville defeated the Saints in three sets as the Saints are now 9-8 overall.
D'Youville defeats Thomas More, 3-0
- D'Youville won the opening set 25 to 16.
- D'Youville won the second set 27 to 25
- D'Youville swept the Saints and won the third set 25 to 18.
- Junior Ben Albers (Cincinnati, OH/Elder) led the Saints in kills with 11.
- Freshman Taban Kahre (Carmel, IN/Park Tudor) led in assists with 27.
- Senior Eli Chambers (Eagle Rock, CA/Eagle Rock) led in digs with 6.
- Sophomore Will Busken (Cincinnati, OH/Elder) and Freshman Luke Duncan (Houston, TX/Memorial Senior) both led in blocks with 2.
The Thomas More men's volleyball team returns to play on Tuesday (March 5) against Daeman in Amherst, NY. The match is set for 6:00 PM.
