(CRESTVIEW HILLS, KY) – The Thomas More women's volleyball team lost to the Ohio Dominican Panthers on Saturday afternoon (September, 30th), three sets to one. The Saints fall to an overall record of 1-13 and a Great Midwest Athletic Conference record of 0-6.
- Thomas More took the opening set by a score of 25 to 23.
- The second set went to Ohio Dominican by a score of 25 to 19.
- Ohio Dominican took the third set by a score of 25 to 21.
- Ohio Dominican closed out the match with a 25 to 13 win.
- Sophomore Emily Acito (Cincinnati, OH / Mercy McAuley) led the Saint offense with 14 kills in the match along with 12 digs and a block.
- Junior defensive specialist Ruthie Neu (Greenwood, IN / Roncalli) led the Saints in digs with 17 along with a service ace.
- First year Avery Brieske (Oak Creek, WI / Oak Creek) and junior setter Sam McClanahan (Georgetown, KY / Scott County) handled the setting duties for the Saints, recording 17 and 14 assists.
- Junior Asia Ferrando (Masone, Italy / Barletti Ovada) tallied 16 digs in the match.
- First year Ceci Kamer (Louisville, KY / Holy Cross) recorded 10 kills in the match.
