Biography

Junior Highlights (2024): Appeared in 32 sets, 11 matches and made 8 starts for the Saints. Recorded 45 kills, 3 assists, 4 service aces, 16 digs, and 30 blocks (11 solo) on the season.

Sophomore Highlights (2023): Appeared in 85 sets, and started in 24 matches for the Saints. Recorded 142 kills, 5 service aces, 34 digs, and 30 blocks on the season. 

First Year Highlights (2022): Played in 19 sets and 11 matches. Tallied 28 kills, 2 service aces and 5 blocks on the season. Had a season high 5 kills in the October 13th victory over Central State. 

High School Highlights: Young attended South Oldham where she played for head coach Amy Wells. She was selected to the North vs South All-Star Game, earned All-District Team twice and was named team captain.

Personal: Brenna Young is the daughter of Christie and Tim Young. She has two siblings, Devin and Caiden Young.
