Saints Rocket League Drops A Close 3-2 Series

(CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky.) – The Thomas More University Esports dropped a close 3-2 series Friday night to Marion Technical College in Rocket League, while also competing in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

 

• Thomas More dropped the first two games 5-0, before pushing it to a fifth game with 4-2 and 2-1 victories.
• They lost the final game 9-0. The two wins were their first of the season.
• Both Ryan Schultz and Blayke Kremer (Alexandria, Ky./Bishop Brossart) scored multiple goals during the series for the Saints.
• In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Brady Brunsman (Wyoming, Ohio/Wyoming) lost 3-0, Alex Wright (Prospect, Ky./Trinity) lost 2-1, and Daniel Kuklewicz lost 3-0.

 

Saints Rocket League takes on the University of Michigan next Friday at 7:00 p.m. inside the Esports Game Room.
