(ST. LOUIS, Mo.) – The Thomas More University men's volleyball team lost on the road to Maryville University Friday night, 3-1 (27-29, 25-17, 25-22, 25-19). The Saints drop to 12-11 overall this season, with their final regular season match tomorrow afternoon.

- The biggest lead during the set was a 5-2 Maryville advantage early on.
- The Saints would find themselves at a set point, down 27-26, but a Dominic Rossi (Pittsburgh, Pa./Shaler) kill kept Thomas More alive.
- Maryville made a pair of mistakes to give the Saints a 1-0 match lead.
- Set two was tied 13-13.
- A 7-4 Maryville run gave them a 20-17 lead.
- Maryville would continue their run and win the next five points to tie the match at 1-1.
- Thomas More fell behind 16-12 in the third set.
- Mason Collver (Zionsville, Ind./Zionsville), Jacob Wehrman (Milford, Ohio/Milford), and Will Strasser (Cleves, Ohio/Taylor) all had kills during a 6-1 Saints rally to give them the 18-17 lead.
- Maryville would use a 3-0 flurry to take a 20-18 lead, which they would not relinquish, and take a 2-1 match lead.

As mentioned, the Saints end their regular season tomorrow afternoon in Missouri. They travel to Rolla to take on the Miners of Missouri S&T for the first time in program history at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.
