(CRESTVIEW HILLS, KY) – The Thomas More women's volleyball team fell to the Cedarville Yellow Jackets on Ssaturday (November, 4th) afternoon by a score of 3 sets to 0. The Saints move to 4-22 overall on the season and 2-13 in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference.
- Cedarville took the first set 25 to 21.
- Cedarville won set two 25 to 13.
- Cedarville took set three and the match 25 to 19.
- Junior setter Sam McClanahan (Georgetown, KY / Scott County) recorded 15 assists in the match to go along with 3 digs, and 2 kills.
- Junior libero Asia Ferrando (Masone, Italy / Barletti Ovada) tallied 12 digs in match which led the Saints. She also recorded a service ace.
- Sophomore Emily Acito (Cincinnati, OH / Mercy McAuley) led the Saints offensively with 8 kills. She also had 7 digs and an assisted block.
Thomas More will be back in action on Sunday (November, 5th) when they host Kentucky Wesleyan at the Connor Convocation Center. That match is scheduled to start at 12:00 PM.
