(CRESTVIEW HILLS, KY) – The Thomas More women's volleyball team beat the Ursuline Arrows on Friday (November, 10th) evening by a score of three sets to zero. The Saints improve to an overall record of 6-23 on the season and a Great Midwest Athletic Conference record of 4-14.
- Thomas More took the opening set 25 to 18.
- Thomas More then took set two by a score of 25 to 19.
- Thomas More won set three and the match by a score of 25 to 18.
- Sophomore Emily Acito (Cincinnati, OH / Mercy McAuley) led the Saints offense with 13 kills in the match to go along with 5 digs, 3 service aces and an assist.
- Junior setter Sam McClanahan (Georgetown, KY / Scott County) recorded 29 assists, 10 digs, 2 solo blocks and a kill in the match.
- Junior libero Asia Ferrando (Masone, Italy / Barletti Ovada) recorded a team high 18 digs to go with 3 service aces and an assist.
- Saints honored senior Kailtyn Stivers (Louisville, KY / Eastern) before the match. She went on to record 3 digs and an assist.
Thomas More will be back in action on Saturday (November, 11th) when they host Lake Erie College at the Connor Convocation Center. That match is set to begin at 6:00 PM.
