Women's Soccer Secure Victory Over Kentucky Wesleyan on Senior Night

(CRESTIVEW HILLS, Ky.)-Thomas More University's soccer team defeated Kentucky Wesleyan on Saturday evening (Oct 21), 2-0. The Saints overall record improves to 6-7-2 and 5-5-1 in conference.
How they scored
  • Senior Brooklyn Breaker (Ross, Ohio/Ross) scored in the 10th minute off of a free kick from the 30-yard line from graduate student Ryann Meddings (Fairfield, Ohio/Fairfield) to put the Saints up 1-0.
  • Sophomore Lauren Laake (Cincinnati, Ohio/Mt. Notre Dame) headed the ball in the back of the net from a cross by graduate student Sydney Rhodes (Lebanon, Ohio/Kings) to extend the lead to 2-0.
