(HAMMOND, IN.) – The Thomas More women's volleyball team are competing this weekend at the annual conference Crossover Tournament. The Saints took on William Jewell on Saturday (October, 14th) morning. The Saints fell by a score of 3 sets to 1. The Saints move to an overall record of 2-17 on the season.

- Sophomore Emily Acito (Cincinnati, OH / Mercy McAuley) recorded 10 kills and 10 digs in the match.
- Sophomore Ebony Gomez (Merida, Venezuela / Colegio Salesiano San Luis) and sophomore Brenna Young (Spring Hill, TN / South Oldham) each tallied 10 kills in the match.
- First year setters Bekah Klinedinst (Trenton, OH / Edgewood) and Avery Brieske (Oak Creek, WI / Oak Creek) each recorded 19 assists in the contest.
- Junior Ruthie Neu (Greenwood, IN / Roncalli) led the defense with 19 digs for the Saints.
The Women's Volleyball team is back in action next Friday (October, 20th) when the Saints host Walsh at the Connor Convocation Center. Match is set to begin at 6:00 PM ET.
