Anna Ficker is in her 5th season as an assistant women's volleyball coach at Thomas More University during the 2024-25 academic year.

Ficker came to Thomas More from Purcell Marian High School, where she was the head junior varsity coach during the 2019 season.  She was the head coach at IHM Grade School from 2014-2015 and is currently coaching club volleyball with NKJV.

Ficker is a 2019 graduate of Ohio Dominican University.  She played all four years at Ohio Dominican and finished with 1,249 career digs and 68 career service aces.  Ficker was named Ohio Dominican's Female Newcomer of the Year during the 2015-16 academic year.

Ficker is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio and is a 2015 graduate of Saint Ursula Academy.
