Junior Highlights (2024): Appeared in 4 matches and made 3 starts for the Saints. In 315 minutes of action she posted 20 saves and one shutout. She posted a record of 2-2 on the season.

Sophomore Highlights (2023): Started in 15 games for the Saints in the goal. Recorded 55 saves while only allowing 22 goals on the season for a save percentage of 71.4%. Recorded 4 shut outs and posted a 7-7-1 record on the season. Earned G-MAC Defensive Athlete of the Week honors during the season. Also earned CSC Academic All-District honors. Following the season, Welsh sits 5th in program history in career saves with 106, and 8th in career shutouts with 8.

First Year Highlights (2022): Appeared and started in 17 games for the Saints playing goalie. Recorded 51 saves on the season, only allowing 26 goals. Recorded 5 shut outs on the season which put her in 10th all time for a career in program history and 9th all time for a single season. Her 51 saves was the 9th most in a single season in school history, and puts her with the 9th most for a career in program history.

High School Highlights: Lauren attended Ballyclare High School...she was named Northern Ireland National Youth Player of the Year at Cliftonville in U19.
