Biography

Sophomore Highlights (2026): Appeared in 13 games and made 12 starts. She scored 25 goals and had 15 assists. Five of her goals came on free-position attempts. She had 11 ground balls, 8 caused turnovers, and 25 draw controls. She is 5th all-time with 21 career assists and 9th all time with 53 career points.

First Year Highlights (2025): Appeared in 15 games and made 9 starts for the Saints. Recorded 7 goals and 6 assists for 13 points on the season. Tallied 12 caused turnovers, 12 draw controls and 19 ground balls on the season.

High School Highlights: Emmons attended Fairfield High School where she was coached by John Meyer. During her career she was four time All-Academic, First Team All-Conference (twice) and earned Team Captain honors.

Personal: Elina Emmons is the daughter of Teresa and Brad Emmons. She has one sibling, Elizabeth.
