Pat Thatcher

Pat Thatcher is entering his 5th season as the head coach of the Womens Lacrosse program in the 2025-26 academic year.

The 2025 season saw Thomas More finish 4th in the G-MAC with a 5-14 overall record and a 4-4 conference record. Thomas More reached the G-MAC Semifinals where they fell to top seeded Ashland. Two Saints earned All-Conference honors, with four earning CSC Academic All-District honors.

In his 3rd season at the helm of the program, Thatcher led the Saints to an overall record of 4-14 and a G-MAC record of 3-4. This marked the first season in NCAA Division II and the Great Midwest Athletic Conference for the Saints. Thomas More fell to the #1 seed Walsh in the G-MAC Semifinals. Thatcher coached five All-Conference Selections during the season.

In his first season (2021), the Saints finished with an overall record of 4-13. Nine Saints were named to the All-Mid South Conference Academic team.

Thatcher was the Director of Fellowship of Christian Athletes Lacrosse since 2012 in which he grew and established the club lacrosse ministry in Southwest Ohio. Thatcher also worked as the Athletic Performance coach for Anderson High School from 2004-2020.

Thatcher earned his Bachelor degree in Recreation and Fitness from Northern Kentucky and his Master of Special Education from Mount St. Joseph.
